Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Size Exchange Window

We want your kids to look and feel great in our clothing. If an ordered size is too small or too large, you may request an exchange within 7 days of parcel delivery.

2. Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange, items must satisfy the following conditions:

• Garment must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition
• Original brand tags and packing polybag must remain attached
• Not damaged or soiled by food, perfume, or cosmetic stains

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Send a WhatsApp message to 03048961711 with your Order ID and photo of the item.
2. Specify whether you need a larger or smaller size, or an alternative item.
3. Our team will guide you on sending the parcel back or arranging courier pickup.
4. Muridke residents can simply walk into our shop at Hafiz Market, Main Bazaar, Muridke for instant on-the-spot size exchange!

4. Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or wrong item was dispatched, Sherri'z Kids Garments will replace the item with zero additional courier charges to the customer.
